Travel Roundup: Uber Credit Card, Amex Points at Expedia, $375 to Asia and more!

Welcome to the One Stop Travel Roundup from Points Miles and More. Your briefing on important happenings in the world of travel, airline miles, hotel points and more.

Uber and Barclay have teamed up and will be launching a credit card. The details are still unknown but the card is expected to be unveiled this fall.

American Express is now offering you the option to redeem points at Expedia. Similar to redeeming Chase or Amex points at Airbnb this is not a good value of points so don’t fall into the trap!

Flying Blue is a great program since it has multiple transfer partners. Right now their newest promo is out for 25% off award flights for certain regions. Do keep in mind fuel surcharges apply on these awards so do the math to see if it’s a good deal.

In today’s flight deal of the day, fly from New York or Chicago to many cities in South or Southeast Asia from $375 roundtrip!
